Ah, ok. I've actually got one sitting in my bedroom from an 04. I guess I need a nanocom or something to switch those, correct?

I'm interested but would like to see numbers and prices....but mostly ready for a tune.

Oh, one other thing! Can he remove the SAI checks from the system? I'd like to delete my SAI while I've got it out right now.

It'll be cheaper to pickup a Non-SAI ECU than to have them spend the time to code it out. Pickup a non-SAI ECU and send it to them for the "performance" programming.

I figured it would just be an on/off deal since they made both SAI and Non-SAI in the same years. I also don't have a scanner that can sync the ECU to the cluster and BCU.

He's working on it. I sent him a non-SAI ecu from a 2003 Disco which happened to be the same part number as an SAI ecu. He said he thinks it will allow him to create an SAI delete option in the future. But I don't know how hard that will be or how much time it will take to design.
