basically what it come down too is the brakes and suspension in your truck is set of one DII not to stop and tow two dII's, that's why uhaul said no

Actually, that is wrong.

U-Haul has a strict formula based on the curb weight of the tow vehicle versus the combined weight of the transport trailer + towed vehicle. The tow vehicle must weigh 80% (or more) of the combined weight of the tow. Brakes are not so much of an issue because the U-Haul trailer has electric brakes.
