Default Trailer Wiring Kit - now no door lights

Just a quick random question. Just ot the trailer wiring kit and put it in this evening, went out to the truck tonight and noticed that now the interior lights don't come on when I open the doors. Anyone have any thoughts/advice?

Sounds unrelated.
Have you looked in your owners to see what is on the same fuse
and if its still working?
Did you use the plug in kit, for the trailer wiring?
It could just be a bulb.

Thanks for the input Landzu, it was the weirdest thing, I used the simple Atlantic British plug in wiring kit. Then once it got dark noticed no interior lights. I quadrouple checked everything and the interior lights would turn on if I manuallyswitched themon, but would not light up when the truck was unlocked remotely or when a door was open. So I went back out and moved the truck to the garage where I could work on it, and what do you know, everything was working again . . . I didn't know Bill Gates had input on our electrical systems!

I used the same kit on mine and dielectric grease, no blue

I would call Atlantic British and see if they can give you any feed back.

Always use dielectric grease on all the electric plugs

Hi stupid question but have you tryed to start and shut down .
Mine does the same when I am in and out or open and close the doors, all I do is start let it run a bit and shut it off.
