The rave instructions were followed as described above w/ the motor running, and I even had the front wheels up on some bricks to elevate it slightly. With motor running, pulling plug resulted in the above. All I can figure is that it was slightly overfilled. My dad had a good point, not sure how familiar you guys are w/ marine engines, but they'll often fill from the bottom drain plug and then close it up. I wonder if this is how they perform the service at LR?

I would think they would loose too much oil when they changed out the plugs in the bottom. When you fill up a lower unit, it is a small hole and you can stick your finger over it real quick. Not that easy on a tranny...

Not sure how it got so full..... weird..
