Default Tranny Leak?

So yesterday I crawled under my 2003 disco to take a look at the shape of my front driveshaft, which thankfully it looks in good shape still. But I realized I have another leak... About 2-3 months ago I had the valve cover gaskets replaced, head gaskets replaced, some o-rings around the oil filter replaced and the transfer case resealed. Which now it looks to be that wednesday night a new leak appeared (One new oil spot in driveway), which it looks to be coming out near the transmission. The bottem of the transmission oil sump is covered in oil, which I have not been able to get under there for a full inspection to see if I can trace it back to a seal at all. But the oil seems to look like engine oil, but my engine oil still reads full. I have not had time to check the tranny fluid, and I have not changed it since owning the vehicle, bought April 25th, and have no idea when the last tranny fluid change was. So I dont know if the tranny fluid is still pink or burnt brown yet. Called Rovertech, and taking it in Tuesday to have it looked at. What do you guys think it is? My friend and I are thinking a tranny seal or rear seal?
