I use this grease.

It def wouldnt hurt to change the trans filter, that way you know for a fact its been done.

 

I do plan on it. I still have another gallon of fluid for it anyway. I planned on it, and did my purchase online from Advance. I thought I was getting the filter kit, but instead it was some type of in line filter and trans cooling kit. I'm guessing they don't have the filter itself, so save that for another day (and a bit of a warmer day too)!
