I found my breathers melted and was initially going to go the route of 1/4" rubber hose but never really liked that solution. I found the breathers are the same size as 6mm air hose used for air lockers. I had some hose around already so i purchased some push connector and I crawled on the truck. I gave each line a nice clean square cut-off and and extended them to the passengers side firewall where they snapped nicely into an existing retainer.
