Default Transfer Box Seals

Never look too closely underneath your D2 when you've got spare time on your hands. I took a look underneath the D2 TD5 today at the upcoming work that needs doing. Usual issues...........oil leaks, the worst is from the transfer box output shaft seals both back and front and a smaller leak from the engine but I didn't see from exactly where. Being I haven't changed a TX box seal for decades I am wondering how difficult it is to do in all honesty. Being I'm pushing on a bit in years since I did the last one and now look at this with some trepidation I'm wondering if anyone else has done these and how difficult were they to do. I have a very well equipped workshop but no truck lift and only trolley jacks and axle stands so I'll be working 'lying down' underneath, so to speak. Anyone got honest answers on this issue.

I thought whilst I've got the drive shafts off I'd do the diff pinion seals at the same time.

Any info and ideas would be gratefully received.
