Default transfer case diff fluid change

2003 discovery how much gear lube will i need and what would the best fluid to use whats the best fluid i could put in my transfer case (syn.) (non syn.)and how much of that will i need any help would be great.

How many miles on your truck, are you doing a major service if so the diffs take the same fluid.
Buy a good 80W/90 synthetic gear oil, 2 qts. for each diff and 2.5 qts. for the t/case.

i have 70000 even on my odo and just did plugs,wires,air filter,clean throttle body and mobil 1 oil change checked trans fluid and added a little lucas to that and every thing seems to be great so i need 80w/90 for my t case any suggestions for a syn.?
