Default Transfer case swap

I recently swapped a 1994 disco Manual transfer case for a 2003 TF Automatic. There are some extra wires on the new one. Any one know how to make it work? I only swapped the cases not the trans ( I still have the Manual trans) the Case is from an automatic.

Wait. Did you put an 2003 transfer case in a 1994, or did you put a 1994 transfer case in a 2003?

Hmmm...is this a 94 D1 TC to a 2003 ZF auto? The TC came off a 94 manual? The 03 TC is a Q model and stronger than the 94 because of improvements. Why not just the input housing off the 94 TC over to the 03 TC? Just asking.

I think he put an 03 tcase in a 94: "There are some extra wires on the new one."
If it's on a 94 then ignore those extra wires, you have no use for them.

Thanks for the quick response. I put a 2003 TC into a 94. The 94 is manual and the 2003 was automatic. The newer case came from an automatic and has electrical connections not found on the older one.
