Exclamation More Codes after "successful" Head Gasket Repair

The refresher:

Originally had p0303 Cyl 3 Misfire…did tune-up (8mm Kingston(?) wires, bosch plugs, induction cleaning, etc.), no affect. Headgasket blew – evidenced by the plume of white vapor coming from my tailpipe and loss of coolant. Did headgasket job (replaced water pump while I was there, went fine…even though it took me about six weeks start to finish). Initially no start after headgasket replacement. Had battery charged, she started right up. Then I had a series of codes (thirteen in all) you helped me determine it was the MAF. Replaced MAF with Bosch part and all codes went away. Truck ran smooth for two weeks…no warning lights. Now last night, guess what came back? You got it, P0303 Cyl. 3 Misfire. But it brought some friends, that I’ve never seen before, P0455 Evaporative Emmission Sys Leak Detected (gross leak/No flow) and the infamous P0332 Knock Sensor 2 low input Bank 2.

Additional info:
1. When the SEL came on…there was no noticeable driving/performance difference
2. Live data recorded at the time of code was: (maybe not in the right order, but I hope it helps you)
a. Fuel Sys 1 – 0L
b. Fuel Sys 2 – 0L
c. Calc Load – 12.5%
d. ECT – 141
e. STFT B1 – 0
f. Lift B1 – 3.1%
g. STFT B2 – 0
h. Lift B2 – 5.4%
i. Eng. RPM – 1315
j. Veh. Speed – 4mph

I reset the codes and so far they have stayed off.

Any and all help is welcomed and appreciated.
