Transfer case swap DII 2001 for a DII 2004

Good to know my memory of the extra solenoid on the '04 shifter was correct. If they are sending you the shifter with the case, you should be good to go, I think.

Super! Thanks! What about the warning lamp switches (differential lock)? The 2001 transfer case has just one of them and a detent plug. The 2004 transfer case has two warning lamp switches and no detent plug (one of the switches is where the old detent plug would have been). Do you think the two switches should be spliced together?
