Default Transmission just died! Grinding and wont engage

as I was driving a few minutes ago the truck just popped out of gear and now its only making a grinding sound and will not engage in any gears.I've had recent vibrations that were thought to be the torque converter..
now the truck will not do anything but make terrible grinding sounds

Are you sure CDL is enaged, and not in "N"? Might want to excercise that.

center diff. lock. it takes more force than a phone bump, to engage.

look under the truck do you still have a drive shaft? is there a big puddle following you down the road?
