Default Tres Amigos!

Hello all, or should I say Hola! Jajaja (Spanish laugh)
the three amigos have visited and overstayed their welcome. Went to the shop and had the code read . It's right front abs sensor fail fault. So I ordered a new hub but upon further research, I am wondering if I can just clean the sensor. What's everyone's though?

You should definitely clear the fault codes but the 3-Apmigos can make a return appearance.

It may work. It's possible that there is rust distorting the sensor. The new hub will fix it, and in hindsight I would have never altered to wiring harness to fit the aftermarket sensors, but that was before I knew the 80 dollar hubs were good.

Well I got the 99 dollar hub on amazon and it looks pretty straight forward to replace.
