Default disco 2 front sunroof motor

Does anyone no how hard it is to replace the front sunroof motor on a 2000 disco 2. I understand you do not need to remove the headliner, just the plastic piece that runs across the front.

Thanks,

Joe

Easy. I think I just loosened a few of the screws for the map pockets, don't need to remove completely. Helps pull the headliner down a bit and stuff a water bottle or something in the corners while you get to the 3 bolts with a 1/4" ratchet. T6 or T8 or something close, don't remember. Not hard, 20-30 min tops if you are installing a replacement motor.

I piece of advice, do not close it up until you know the new motor works and opens and closes the sun roof.
