I did the duct tape route and it worked. Got a little bit of smoke after start up and then crop dusted the neighborhood as I drove down the street.
Didn't notice any difference between the treatment yesterday and today but, overall there was a defiant improvement in throttle response and engine sounds quieter.
Now back to the misfire, I am going to order the NGKs today.

UPDATE
I swapped plugs with cylinders 3 and 4
Did a fair amount of driving this weekend, checked the codes and got a pending misfire on cylinder 3 again. Note, this is a pending code.
So I have ruled out coils, wires, and plugs. I don't want to over think this as I am not noticing any performance issues and the code was a pending code.
Is next steps looking at voltage on injector?

The more I read about misfires on this forum, the more apparent it becomes that having NGK plugs gapped correctly and good clean high octane fuel is a quick fix for the issue. Mine had those 4 pronged Bosch plugs and misfires. I did change the o2 sensors as well, but wonder if the new plugs and some good miles at operating temp would have just driven it out of the problem. Glad your issue is behind you.
