Default Trouble Code help

I decided to plug in my code reader and see what is causing my check engine light to stay on. I have the codes, looked up the meaning and now need some help translating the meaning to real world.

P0158 - Oxygen Sensor High Voltage Fault
P1193 - Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Open Downstream
Both of those are obviously O2 sensors, probably bad but going to make sure one isn't just unplugged.

P1447 - Evap System Purge Valve Open or Short
P0451 - Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Signal Error

Any help where to start to fix these problems is appreciated.

When was the last time you had a tune up?
The first signs of needing a tune up are the O2 codes, then mis-fire codes.

Check and make sure that you gas cap is tight.

AK,
How many miles on your truck? Are these the original 02's?

I have 111000 miles on the truck. I don't know if they are the original O2's. I climbed under the truck yesterday after clearing the codes and found that the passenger side rear O2 was plugged in but not fully locked into the connector. I pushed on it and heard it lock into the connector. Since I was pretty much working my brail and couldn't see the plug I am guessing it only moved about 1/4 inch before it locked in place. The rest of the connections were solid in their plugs. Since pushing that plug in the check engine light has not come back on despite multiple times starting and stopping the truck.

Lets hope it was as simple as that, a loose O2 connection.

I tend to be a realist so I'm not putting a lot of faith in that being the only problem but sometimes even I get lucky. The open sensor heater circuit downstream code gave me the idea to check the connections and I found that the loose connection was in the downstream (after cat) sensor. I'll let you know if the CEL comes on again.
