Fixed, finally. I believe I had 2 problems, both the plug cables and the crankshaft position sensor. After replacing the CKPS it ran much better but I could still feel the rough idle. I finally went to reseat the cables and found 2 of them fell off in my hand. I put them back on, felt them snap on, but they still pulled off with 2 fingers as if they were not on there solid. I got ANOTHER set of wires and put them on, problem is gone.

Unfortunately during my last test drive I started feeling a new vibration and then the AC blower motors (front and back) went out...My poor discovery has been exposed to some vulgar language the past couple of weeks.
