Trying to find a fuel pump replacement
My fuel pump pood out on me and I'm having a difficult time finding a fuel pump replacement(
) I really dont want to spend a ton of money on one but I absolutely need on asap. Can someone recommend one to me with links? I found a bosch one a little while back but i cant seem to find it anymore. I want to say it was like 165.00. any help is much appreciated.
EDIT: Okay im going to say its SAI because it does not have the black sensor plug on top of the pump.

Yep there is a difference between SAI & None SAI. I've never torn down a D2 fuel pump assembly but it sure was nice on the D1 to just slap in a Corvette fuel pump into the D1 assembly for 50.00. Would be great if a D2 was the same way!!
If your pump housing is still in tact, then go to auto zone and buy the airtex E8335...it is a direct replacement. Mine went out a few years back and I literally took the old one out of the housing and slid that one right in....easy peasy
Checked on the $29 online , and there are some under $23! You can buy a spare for that cheap. If they only last a couple of years that's $1 per month. Access is easy once you get under the carpet, as I recall.
