2001 LR disco2, tick tick, now wanting to try a few inexpensive things that are said to work. I was using 0w-40 and just picked up some dino rotella 15w-40 to run in it for a bit, until the cold comes, I also came across thread on thermostat, interesting and what are you running? I see it may be 180 degree, or 190 lost on that and also have read about soft and hard spring? I am in Canada and just want to order whatever it is you guys have found helps. Please if anyone knows where to order it online in Canada let me know, and any more awesome info will be incredible, I need to learn to keep it running! cheers guys

I am in Kincardine Ontario. Right on Lake Huron shore, gets damn cold in winter and sometimes hot as hell in summer.
