Turbo- chargers?

RE: Turbo- chargers?
Axtually I have seen superchargers on the RRs with the 4.6 so I would think it would work on the 4.0 also. I have not heard of any turbo-chargers. I have been researching more power without going crazy on cost and I feel getting a 4.6 from a RR seems like the best thing to do. However I am still looking for that 4.6. Best of luck and do tell us all if you fins something.

RE: Turbo- chargers?
Check out RPI Engineering in England --- for modified Rover V-8's that really work. The problem with forced inductionon this engine centers around the inlet manifold design. It does not provide uniform distribution when you feed above-atmosphere pressure, and it ends up starving a couple of cylinders while leaning the mixture on others ---a recipe for disaster on a supercharged or turbocharged engine. So to fit such a capability to a Rover V-8 it is necessary to use a redesigned manifold.
