Turbo lag becoming worse

Turbo lag becoming worse
Hi
I have a Td5 that has a fair amount of milage on the clock
It has been running smoothly for a while
A few days ago i filled up with 10ppm diesel
I than found that the turbo is only running just before 3000rpm
This has made it really difficult to drive especially through mountainous areas
Can anyone advise what the problem could be?
Is there some adjustment on the turbo?
Please let me know

While I dont have any experience with the td5 there are some basics that will keep a diesel from making power/spooling
Start with air filter, if it's clogged you won't make any power. Also make sure the air intake is clear. You'd be surprised at how many rodents find an air intake is a great place to make a nest.
exhaust. A clogged muffler/resonator will not allow you to make power. Likely the last thing I'd check in this list as it's the hardest for most.
Boost leaks will kill power, boost and spike egts. A small tear in a charge pipe coupler can go from a slow, steady loss of power to an immediate no power at all.
Pull the air intake pipe on the turbo to make sure the fins spin freely and do not have an visual damage.
Verify whatever controls your waste gate (if applicable) is functioning properly. A broken vacuum hose can kill power and cause it not to allow the turbo to spool.
