D5 3.0 Diesel Engine is Single Turbo charged ? or Twin Turbo charged ?

Anyone know ?

Do you live in a state w emissions testing? If so what method do they use? OBD2 port or exhaust pipe sniffer? Also here in NV we have a line item on our titles that dictates Diesel or Gas fuel thereby dictating the type of emissions testing it needs. Does your state have that?
