Default Turning knock

I have an 03se with 88k on it. Whenever I make a slight left hand turn, I get a rotational knock in what feel like right under my feet. It is pronounced enough that if I didn’t know better I would think something was physically striking under my feet. It only seems to be at lower speeds, only on left turns (think enough for a roundabout, not enough for a 90 degree). When making sharp turns it is not present. I do not have any vibration in the wheel, my alignment is good… Anybody have any idea what could be causing the noise?

I don’t have the ability to work on it myself at the moment, so it is going in the shop next week for this and to also have my front driveshaft rebuilt. I’m just trying to get an idea of what it could be, and if I should be driving it as is.
I appreciate the insight.

I dont know what it is but since you have a stock DS I would not drive it.

If it only happens when turning one direction, and not the other, I would be thinking C/V joint.

Regardless, if your front drive shaft isn't rebuilt, get it done.
