Default Tire pressure

What is the proper or best tire pressure for the front and rear tires on 16" rims? I own a 01 disco.

26 psi frt and 41 rear,, OEM spec

I have a ARB and winch and E load tires so I do different psi in mine.

I have found that to much air in the frt tires and the steering gets light and does not track as it should.

Depends on the tires you have and how much weight you're carrying. Best way is the chalk test. Cover a good section of tread, all the way across the tread, and adjust the pressure until you have an even imprint.

I run 40psi front and rear.

Make sure you check yoiur spare tiere psressure every 6 months, nothing worse than haveing a flat spare when you get a flat tire.
