Default UltraGauge

OK so I have just received my ultragauge and have it installed but how do I get it to show oil pressure? I don't see a gauge listed as just oil pressure in the menu

Thanks

D2’s don’t have an oil pressure sensor which outputs the psi of the oil pump, just an on/off switch which illuminates the dash indicator when the pressure falls under 6 (I think) or so psi.

I hear ya. Just 2 days ago I installed an oil filter sandwich plate from glow shift for $30 and connected it to a mechanical oil pressure gauge from autozone ($20). I’m either going to remove it with the next oil change or, more likely, mount it somewhere under the hood so I can just lift the hood and take a peek if needed. My pressure is pretty good though and it does introduce new fittings and tubes to leak from (but it’s not, at least right now!)

Ok so driving around a bit and watching it. Going down the road it drops temp to 188.00 stopping it jumps to 199.00. Sitting at idle it levels out to 195.00

Those are good temperatures. Make note of them so in case they start changing you can start investigating why.

I have used the oil pressure sender port on early models with a tee. Unfortunately the factory sensor is a 2 wire, so no indication if you disconnect it.
