Default Unlocking Drivetrain?
'03 D2 - have engine pulled; can I unlock drivetrain in order to move vehicle on wheels in driveway by disconnecting selector shaft on transmission & moving bar out of park position?
thanks much for your advice ----

Just shift your transfer case to neutral.
