The upper spring seat on the front stut appears to have rusted away, and there are only 2 bolts holding it now. The Strut Mount its self is in good shape, just it looks like a couple of the studs from #37 below have rusted away. any advice on how to replace it? I wonder if i can just run a bolt though it for the time being? Drill it out?

these are very inexpensive (like 15 to 30$ each depending on brand/vendor). Buy the right part and do it right.
