Default URGENT HELP re fuel pump relay/ fuse

1995 Disco 5 speed

I am having cronic trouble with number 6, 15 amp fuel pump fuse in the fuse box in the engine bay. The truck will idle fine, but shortly after taking off, the fuse blows. I replaced the fuel pump and in linefuel filter, no affect. I think itmay be the fuel pump relay, buti have no idea where it is located or the part number.
I have a partstruck so I can get parts off it.Any help will be greatly appricated, so long as you don't suggest a visit to the dealer. Aside from being 7 hours from the nearest dealerIcould n't possibly afford the experience. Just the thought of it brings on hypertension.
Thanks Dennis

The fuel pump relay is just in front of the window washer jug .
On the fender its about one inch thick three inches wide and five inches tall.
It has two plugs going in to the bottom.
