Wow that sucks diesel here is about 10 cents a liter cheaper than regular gas, about 23 -25 or so cheaper than 91. Considering the improved mileage 450 to 550 miles to tank as compared to 275 to 300 pretty much a no brainer if you could get one.

I agree with Extinct, the LR diesels just aren't big enough. My 4.6 in the P38 is adequate on our British Columbia mountain highways, while the 4.0 in my D2 isn't quite as up to it. The LR diesels worse yet. I don't put enough miles on either of them to consider a diesel for fuel economy.
