Default Vacuum Leak or not?

So I replaced the stepper motor (due to a high idle) with no effect so I was thinking maybe vac leak but in the past when I have found a vacuum leak the cruise control had been affected as well (not operating). This time the cruise is fully functional so could i still have a vac leak or is it something different?

Thanks all
Alan

Sticking throttle cables or a problem with the cables? How high is it? Might as well check the vacuum.

yes what jkid said. or maybe it came out of adjustment. check you all your vacc. lines and make sure they are tight and/or connected. you can use a can of spray on the hoses and listen for change a idle as well.
