Valve Cover Gasket
Mike,
What about the in take manifold gasket/seal does this not need replacing?
What seals would you suggest? new rubber type?
What is the torque setting for the manifold bolts and the vavle cover bolts.
Cheers Boyd

You need to loosen and or remove all the bolts from the intake manifold, just the top not the bottom. Once you have done that you can move the top half around or remove it, do the vc gaskets and reinstall.

There's not a gasket sealing the two halves of the upper & lower intake manifold that you should be concerned about & inspect before reusingwhen seperating the upper & lower?
You should replace the intake manifold gasket whenever you are pulling the top end of the engine down, it has a tendency to become oil soaked with time.
I don't have the torque specs, sorry.

is this the intake manifold gasket that needs to be replaced? can you use O2 safe RTV sealant instead of the gasket?
