So... Somehow I messed up the valve on the Fuel Rail when I tested my Fuel Pressure. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement (and what that part is actually called)?

What part did you mess up?
You can buy a new schrader valve, there is a special tool to remove the "needle" that you press and you can replace that needle.
Just go to a autoparts store and buy the tool and needle, otherwise a tire shop will also have them as they replace them on tires all day long.
Just dont tell them its for a fuel rail as they will look at you funny and want to sell you the whole rail.
