Valve Sticking??

But did you change the plugs too?
New plug wires will not have any effect with fouled plugs.

I only changed the fouled plug since all the other Champions were good.

Well, just got back from the Rover Indy and he said that all cylinders are getting perfect compression but the #5 cylinder is putting a little bit of oil on the plug causing a misfire. He said it could be a valve sticking. Can this be fixed without a rebuild? Will the ATF "oil" change clear this up?
What were the compression numbers or at least how far off is #5?
Has a leak down test been performed?
Don't do anything to the engine till we can get more information.
I would also suggest you send me your tele number so we can get more specific.
