Very loud whistling sound top rear of motor

Update:
I just changed the IACV and now the whistling is completely gone! I am wondering if the motor inside the part can make the whistling sound or if a broken part can cause air to seep through and make the noise? Either way I am happy. Before I changed the part I used a lot of carb cleaner around the area looking for a leak. Now the top of the engine is nice and clean too, lol.
By the way..I only paid $252.62 for the new part. That seems to be a lot less than I have seen elsewhere. If its cool and can help anyone else I got it from theautopartsshop.com
