I replaced rear u joint and rubber rotoflex this weekend with no luck. I'm still getting the vibration at the 40s MPH.
Front shaft is pretty much brand new (3 months old). Can someone suggest something else in here?

Were you able to drive with just one shaft in? That will let you know for, with more certainty , if it is one of the shafts. It also would not hurt to jack up the truck and make sure the hubs have no wobble. But a slight wobble in the hub when it starts to wear sometimes is not noticeable by doing such... Still it could not hurt to try.

No, I ran out of time for testing during the weekend. I don't have cdl ( that I know, 2003 SE).
I will figure it out if I can drive with only one otherwise I will get a quote to get them balanced as recommended.
