Default Walked Cam Bearing??

Is this a walked CAM bearing? These pictures are taken from the bottom side of the engine.

If so, what are my options to fix it?

I have been suffering from low oil pressure. Currently, my oil pressure light does not come on since I have replaced the cracked oil pump gears and both the main and crank bearings.

Anything can be done, but the hole in the bearing has to line up with the oil gallery in the block.
to do it correctly you would have to remove the engine and have an oversized bearing installed and line honed. But im sure there are ideas out thier

The low oil pressure is what caused this problem, overheated and shrunk it. What you can do is remove the cam and bearings and install new bearings and should be good to go.

You dont think the bearing walking would have damaged the cam bore in the block? im assuming the bearing spun on the cam shalf. And the next bearing would do the same.
