I'd be pissed too. The Disco was going too fast around a blind corner and hit the jeep even after the jeep started to make an evasive maneuver. You don't pull the trigger until you know what you are shooting at and you don't speed around single track blind corners.

I wouldn't offroad with this guy. Lucky it wasn't someone on a motorcycle or it would have been worse.

Also think the video gives the other guy good ammo for proving liability.

@Hunter

Actually you are wrong on a number of counts.

- First of all, i turned hard right and he turned in the opposite direction to avoid me.
- Second, after talking for awhile he admitted to speeding around the same corner, he actually wasn't going much slower than me. Luckily the camera was recording at 60ish fps so we actually got the mph down pretty close. He went around the corner going about 16-18 mph and I was around 20mph. That's going pretty slow.
-third we decided not to do insurance because they said that liability was 50/50

And finally you weren't there so don't assume I was gunning it at a blind corner. The matter was resolved and I've been off road many times and its the first time anything happened.

And as far as him being pissed goes, he apologized. One thing you will learn about being off road is that things happen. Sometimes its your fault, other times it is someone else's fault, but the point is things go wrong.
