Default Water inside

I have a 2003 Disco. Recently I have had a problem when it rains. Water will drip into the cab from both the front seatbelt holders and the top center console where the sunroof switches are. Is there a possible drain plug stopped up or what might it be? If it is a drain issue where would I possibly locate it?

If it's not the drain tubes, it's the flange seal. Either way, you'll need to drop the headliner to address the issue.

I outlined my method to fix this issue here.
