Underneath the truck look for the area where the front drive shaft comes out of the transfer case, then look up to the bottom of the floor for one black rubber nipple on each side of the sloped area that actually is the underside of the center hump between the seats. Roughly underneath the cup holders.
The hole in the center gets clogged. Squeeze them to clear them but watch out, they will be full of old musty water that you don't want a face full of. If they seem really clogged you can stick a small like 6/32" rod into the hole to clear it out further. #10 wire would also work.
Some people remove them entirely. They are there to keep debris from splashing up into the drain tube.
They are what cause the two small puddles under the center of your truck when you park after driving with the AC on.

A real common issue with water in cabin, particularly on floor boards, are the sunroof drains. (Top Windshield seem deserves a check too)
you have sunroof’s? - they clog and weep onto headliner. Front tends to drain down A pillar - rear can drain down B pillar. Will hold moisture under your carpets and rot the floor boards
