Water leaks in front carpet, both sides
Its been raining a bit here in Northern VA lately, and I've noticed that the carpet is wet on both sides. I do not know when this started, but each time after a rain, I check under the rubber mats and sure enough they are wet. Its still under factory warranty, so of course I will take it in but I wanted to know some tips to use when explaining to the service techs. I know leaks are a PITA to fix, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

The leaking ended being caused by a blocked AC drainage tube, which they fixed and everything is back to normal. Just an FYI for anyone with water leaking in and who wants to check it themselves before going to dealer.
I hope they didn't charge you too much for that, I check those plugs everytime I crawl underneath the truck, just wiggle the drain plug a little to free the muck that clogs them.
edit: forgot you're under warranty

Nah, I am still under factory warranty, completely free of charge. They also repaired my broken driver's side window all in the same day. Outstanding service in my opinion, gained a repeat customer.
