Where EXACTLY is it leaking? Above your head? Above the "A" pillar? Left side, Right Side, Both sides??

As others have said, check your sunroof drains. There is also a TSB for leaky "A" pillars, try a Google or Yahoo search, whichever search engine you prefer. There are also a dozen or so threads on leaky roofs, try a search here too.
