Default water pooling under hood

I've got water pooling in the engine bay directly under the hood hinges in that channel. I don't see a drain and this cant be good theres a ground wire in there.
any suggestions? I'm going to wet vac it out after the rain stops but need to fix problem so it wont happen again.

The drains are there, just in a weird, hard to see place. Use a coat hanger or something similar to snake it out. The water will drain to the ground in front of the doors. I just so happen to have a picture of said drain

This is the driver's side....

thanks for posting the pic ylo. I see my problem now, my drains aren't clogged. I usually back into my steep up hill driveway but the other day I pulled in front first. Since the drains are to the front of that trough it was unable to drain.
