Water in rear lights
So, I noticed that both my rear lights had enough water in them to keep a decent sized goldfish alive.
I'd popped the right hand side out to wire in the trailer wiring and saw it sloshing around. As naturally as anything I drilled a smallish hole in the back of the plastic cluster to drain it.
Tell me I didn't do the wrong thing.
Couldn't at all see how it was getting in there, it looks like a pretty decent sealed unit.
Unless the PO had a fish in each side, and I've now killed them!

I used a tiny drill bit to drill holes at an upward angle on the outer lower edge of each rear light and have no more problems. Also drilled holes in one of my front headlights when it took on water.
Easy fix that the LR dealer would charge you hundreds for to install new lights that will just leak later.
