Default Watts Link question

So I have a very light clunk from the rear over uneven pavement and think it might be the Watts bushes. I can also get a little movement when I jiggle the rods too. Looking Into it and reading plenty I have a few questions.

- Are the stock bushes OK or are they underperformers? Better to go with Poly? Any experience here? One brand I have found was FloFlex with some mixed opinions.
- Looks like the triple bush part is pricey so I like the idea of pressing in new ones. Anyone have a favorite source? Kind of thought there might be a cross reference for these as they look like everyday bushes.
- What impact on the Watts set up does a 2" lift have? I don't plan to push this to extreme flexing. Lift is a TF medium 2 ".

Side questions - What is the small weight looking thing at the triple joint? Also what is the weight looking thing on the front of the rear differential. What do these do ?

Thanks in advance.

Weights are balancers/dampers. Take them off and you'll develop a whole lot of nasty vibrations.

Check you drop links, you get a knock when the ball joint in them start to fail, I had a bad knock on my D2, jacked it up checked every thing, I even took it to my local garage and we found nothing, the man said the only thing he thought was remove the damper to see if they are OK, I cane home jacked it up removed the damper it was fine but was having trouble lining it up to put it back on, so I had to drop the rear axel to get the bolt in, as I did that the drop ling top ball joint came totally apart it was a big surprise, so new ones fitted no more knocking
