Default Weird 3 amigos???

I know this is going to sound crazy, but the only time (since I put in new ABS switch) the amigos go off is when there is an abrupt temperature change. Rarely, if ever goes off in summer. As soon as starts getting colder, alarm goes off and usually all I have to do is shut it off, wait a few seconds, and restart. Computer resets the alarm. This time, weather has been below zero and has not got above freezing for days. Amigos still on and will NOT reset. My OBD shows code but will not reset. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Have you done the "Option B" fix yet?

Help? Do you have a warm garage to park it in and thaw out? Your issue sounds electrical and may be related to the contacts in the ABS modulator with moisture a contributing factor. If no place to warm the D2 you might try to warm the modulator by apply heat with a heat gun or hair dryer. While this would not cure your ongoing cold/warm weather issue it may work to reset it temporarily.

Once the 3 Amigos set in regularly there seems to be a pattern, it's either Option B issues, shuttle valve seals, wheel sensors/wheel bearings or low battery voltage for various reasons. Tracking down the problems is time consuming and frustrating and unless you fix only one thing at a time you'll never understand what is the root cause of the problems.
