The sticker in the door lists pressure at max load. The owners manuals shows much lower pressure for the rear tires under normal driving.

I don't think it would make a difference on mom tires if you deflate them or not, just my opinion though

For your stalling Id just check your seals that lead to your MAF, if there isn't a proper seal you'll stall. If your getting water up to your filter, which is just behind your headlight I'd suggest a snorkel and like previously stated, axle, trans, and xfer case extended breather lines. I got my snorkel for a 100$ off craigslist, I only have been in really deep water was in Utah one time, but it was a cool addition to my truck nonetheless

Are they 255/55/18 or 255/60/18 if so i may be interested depending on the price.

Also the water i went through i think i said it kind of misleading it was more of a mud pit it came up to maybe the top of the fog light but i hit it kind of fast and it went to limp mode and stalled

He prolly couldn't run those without a lift. 265/60r18 (30.5in) was the largest I could go on my 04 before the lift. They definantly wouldn't have fit my 99 and her old springs before the lift.

265/60r18 look real good on a stock D2. They should have come that size from the factory. I'm running the BFG Rugged Terrains in that size and they are nice and quiet on the road and perform surprisingly well offroad. Just my opinion...

Agreed.

I have that size Cooper discoverer ht plus. Looks much better. It does rub something at full turn though

Edit: if anyone cares, these are often on buy 3 get 1 free at Pepboys and are a nice cross between a mom tire and an A/T...

Might have a different issue.. Fog lights are no where near you MAF. Did you check to make sure your airbox was closed all the way? If it is all muddy inside then this *might* be your issue, i'm suspect though.

Like i mentioned, i've been in sustained water up to the middle of my headlights with no snorkel and fair just fine. I would have preferred a snorkel, but didn't have one.

I'd check your CKP personally.

That's crazy I never had mine rub. Maybe mine sat a little higher before the lift?
