I left my handbrake on.
And the rover was thumping in the parking lot.

I thought the drive shaft was about to drop

and then I found the handbrake was still on.

For that reason, I never use the handbrake.

My brand new ABS cable got here today. Still waiting on my SLS spacers from RTE. Hopefully I'll be able to do the cable, lift, and bushing kit by this weekend. And I'm thinking a TJM bumper will be ordered soon too.

Make sure you get extended axle stops with those spacers, I've seen what happens when you don't, 10 miles into a trail, 40 miles from town.

took apart my 04 CDL assy to remove the rust from the parts before doing the transplant.

note to self. expect rust from parts obtained up north. not accustomed to that stuff being a southerner.

I put some decals on it.

I put these on because I had to replace the driver's side fender, and the other fender I could find didn't have the SE7 decals, and I couldn't find them. So I got creative. I thought about all the Camel Trophy Discos I'd seen with the national flag decals on them, and I liked that look. So, I removed the SE7 graphic from the other side and used these flags to cover the ghost "SE7" that was still on the fender. Cost about $5 each to have them made at the local vinyl graphics shop.

I think it turned out pretty cool.
