Oh the engine is disassembled, I just hooked up the battery to verify mileage ect.

A little bit of a project, but at least when you get it all together, you will have replaced any worn parts before final assembly. That is basically what happened when I got a 1982 Audi Coupe for next to nothing.

Yeah this is my third cheap disco. This is the first time I’ve paid over $1000

A friend of mine on Vancouver Island picked one up at the wreckers for $250. I paid $3,500 for mine. Cheap Land Rovers are very hard to find up here.

Swap out for Disco 1 wipers.

I read about that but considering now I know where to get them and they’re relatively cheap I don’t think it’s worth doing the swap plus I’ve heard many people say it doesn’t look all that great.
