Default What does "GCC" mean

I was trying to look up a part number in Microcat and it gave me 2 choices, 1 said -GCC (which I interpret as not having GCC) and another number for +GCC. The part I was looking at was the Condenser electric fan and I had Microcat set to my VIN number. Would GCC by any chance mean with or without rear A/C? (I'm not real good at looking up parts, I am used to standing at the parts window and let the guy on the other side of the counter figure it out.) Any help would be appreciated.

That makes sense, I kept trying to run that acronym through my mind and I kept coming up blind (happens more often the older I get)

The Cooperation Council For The Arab States of The Gulf - Secretariat General

Dubai is the biggest GCC market for Land Rover followed by Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. In the two emerging markets, Bahrain saw its sales more than double, while Oman enjoyed a sizeable seven-month increase
